Where do I find supplies to buff out my oxidized paint (Help me out professional detailers)?

I have an old truck and I hand buffed a spot, which shinned up nicely. I want to buy a professional buffer and was wondering if local stores sold the foam type buffing pads for it, so I can buff with rubbing compound and such. I don't want to pay more than $13 per pad
